If you want that individual attention, have medical issues, or have a very specific goal than private training is an excellent option. Private training gives you the specific blueprint for success for your body and your goals. Private training also gives you the scheduling flexibility you need for your busy life.
We pride ourselves on our relentless pursuit of knowledge to become better trainers in order to better serve our clients. Our entire training staff hold college degrees in the Health and Fitness field. We will teach you safe and proper technique and progress you appropriately. We will educate you and give you the reasons why we have you doing a specific exercise.
Our facility is reserved just for our clientele. We maintain a private, exclusive, and comfortable atmosphere for you to train in. This means no fighting crowds, no waiting for equipment, and a non-intimidating environment for you to succeed in. Imagine having a 6500 square foot facility all to yourself!
Our private training program puts an emphasis on nutrition, education, and exercise. Together we will empower you to reach your goals. We will encourage you, motivate you, and guide you throughout your fitness journey.
Our group training programs are perfect for decreasing body fat, increasing strength, improving muscle definition and overall general health. Group training typically averages 3-5 people in a session. You get the benefit of an intimate class size with more individualized attention.
Your trainer will coach you through the session and can bring the intensity to your level of fitness. You will learn how to use kettlebells, TRX, barbells, and a variety of bodyweight exercises to maximize your results.
The small groups are very encouraging and fun. You will never do the same workout twice. You will not get bored!
We offer four different group training programs:
Functional - Our functional training program is a 45-minute program that focuses on total body workouts that produce an overall higher level of all around conditioning and reduces the risk of injury. We use kettlebells, bodyweight, TRX, and medicine balls for this program
Strength - Our strength training program is a 45-minute program that develops an increase in the amount of lean muscle mass necessary for increased fat loss. The session concentrates more on heavier weights and low to moderate repetitions. We use barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells in this program.
Power - The power program is a 45-minute program that develops explosiveness of movement. The power session concentrates more on the exercises that increase heart rate and metabolic conditioning. This is our High Intensity Interval Training program. We use a variety of tools in this program including kettlebells, speed/agility drills, sled pushes, medicine balls, plyometrics, and other bodyweight movements.
Boxing - Our boxing program is a 45-minute program that will teach you the basic fundamentals of boxing. This is a great conditioning program and you will be hitting the mitts, heavy bag and speed bag. You will also work on conditioning and footwork drills to improve your boxing skill.
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell, weight plate, and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of bodyweight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
LES MILLS GRIT Strength, Plyo, and Cardio takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
CXWORX™: Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
